Apostle Dr. Pamela L. McFadden-Singleton

Founder & CEO

Her story

Apostle Dr. Pamela L. McFadden-Singleton was born in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Pastor Charles and Mother Maxine McFadden, the fifth of five children. Pastor Charles McFadden pastored three churches for more than 58 years throughout Chicago and LaGrange, Illinois. Both of her parents were deeply devoted to their faith and lived according to biblical principles, helping establish the spiritual foundation that would shape her life and calling.

Faith & leadership

Dr. Singleton has served for many years in ministry as an ordained and licensed minister, operating in the five-fold ministry and answering the call God placed upon her life.

Alongside her husband, Apostle Dr. Donald A. Singleton, she pastors Manifestors Glory Innerwork Outreach, Inc., the parent organization of Maxine’s Arms.

Advocacy & community impact

Her work extends beyond ministry into extensive community outreach. Throughout the years, she has served in advocacy and outreach involving victims of abuse, suicide prevention, troubled youth, human trafficking, homelessness, and senior care. Her domestic violence work has taken her to communities including Chicago, Joliet, Downers Grove, and Las Vegas.

She has also served as a life coach and mentor to both young women and men from diverse backgrounds, including survivors of abuse, gang involvement, and incarceration, helping young people pursue healing emotionally, spiritually, and personally.

Education & training

Dr. Singleton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Pastoral Counseling. She is also trained and board certified as a Domestic Violence Advocate, Crisis Intervention professional, and Certified Partner Abuse Intervention Professional (CPAIP). Her work includes facilitating intervention groups with repeat offenders designed to help break cycles of abusive behavior.

The mission

Her greatest desire is to provide a place of safety, shelter, love, and support where lives and families can be healed, restored, and made whole — providing individuals with the resources, tools, training, and support needed to move from trauma toward wholeness and build healthy, productive lives for themselves and their families.

“Providing a place of safety, shelter, love and support where lives and families can be healed, restored and made whole.”
